By creating an account, purchasing coins, uploading prompts, or otherwise accessing SendPrompts, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SendPrompts is an AI prompt marketplace where users can discover, buy, sell, and create prompts for AI image and video generation tools. Send prompts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

Coins are a virtual currency used within the Platform. Coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are set in INR/USD and subject to change.

Creators retain ownership of their prompts. By uploading, you grant SendPrompts a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute your content on the Platform.

You may not: upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not own; spam, scrape, or abuse the Platform; attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

All AI-generated content must comply with the terms of the underlying AI model provider. NSFW or harmful content is strictly prohibited.

Creators earn a revenue share on prompt sales. SendPrompts deducts a platform commission as stated in the current rate card.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. SendPrompts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
